Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, communications dealing with processes, data, working with different teams.
— Experience of work with data, CRM systems, complex spreadsheets and their formulas.
— Advanced communication skills for productive teamwork and crisis solving.
— English language knowledge on the strong B2 or C1 level.
— Good presentation and public speaking skills.
— Desired: experience in writing and communications.
— Desired: experience of work in non-profit, international development or related sectors.
Responsibilities:
— Communication with BA teams on planning grant groups implementation (recruitment of teachers, LS, Sales, marketing) before the project launch, during and after completion for reporting.
— Developing implementation scripts for projects.
— Establishing operational processes (spreadsheets, forms, chats).
— Preparing a detailed projects work plan together with the grants team.
— Collaborating with the technical/operations team on tracking data for projects in LMS, CRM and other databases.
— Preparing information for the marketing team regarding project launch (student recruitment); preparing project-related information for the marketing team for promotion and content alignment.
— If additional partners are involved, coordinating implementation collaboration processes within the project (for example, if we recruit students together with the partner).
— Gathering data for reports — statistics, surveys, forms .
— Engaging in conferences, forums, and partner communications as needed to strengthen collaboration and visibility.
