Your job is meaningful in practice: help Beetroot Academy graduates — including veterans and IDPs going through IT retraining — move from course completion into real employment. That means running career-focused events, connecting with IT companies to create internship opportunities, tracking who got hired and how, and managing a community of graduates navigating a competitive job market.
If you're organised, communicative, and care about outcomes that go beyond graduation certificates — this role is yours to shape.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, or recruitment — working with processes, data, and teams.
- Practical experience with forms, spreadsheets, and project tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to plan ahead and follow through.
- Strategic thinking: you build systems, not just run tasks.
- English at B1 level or above.
- Experience organising events.
- A basic understanding of the IT sector.
- Desired: experience in non-profit organisations, international development, or related fields.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organising and facilitating career events that help graduates get hired — CV workshops, interview prep sessions, networking meetups.
- Developing and running broader employment support programs, including mentorship and tutoring initiatives.
- Building relationships with IT companies and coordinating internship opportunities for Academy graduates.
- Monitoring job aggregator platforms, collecting relevant vacancies, and tracking job market trends.
- Setting up and maintaining employment tracking processes and data tables.
- Coordinating closely with the Beetroot Graduates unit, Delivery team, and Grants team.
- Managing and moderating the graduates' community chat.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience in non-profit organisations, international development, or adjacent fields.
- A genuine interest in career development and community building.
- Loving borsch!
WHAT WE OFFER
- Full-time employment via FOP.
- Remote work with a flexible schedule.

- A 2-month trial period.
- After the trial: unlimited days off—by request and agreement with the team.
- Educational bonus: one course per year.
- Equipment support.
- Coworking space at one of the Beetroot offices across Ukraine.
- A mission-driven team that tracks what happens to people after they graduate.
