About the Role
You will work on our internal EdTech product — LMS and CRM platform that supports educational processes, automation, and scaling of learning programs.
- Format: Remote
- Level: Middle
- Reporting to: PM (Service & Solution Manager)
- Team: PM, 2 Developer, DevOps, QA
Your Future Tasks:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Build and improve frontend features using React
- Work with MySQL databases
- Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL
- Use Prisma ORM
- Work with Docker containers and Linux-based environments
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and QA within processes
- Optimize system performance, stability, and scalability
- Participate in technical planning and architectural decisions
- Provide technical guidance and consultation for internal teams when needed

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of commercial development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React
- Experience working with MySQL
- Solid understanding of GraphQL principles
- Experience with Prisma ORM
- Confident Linux user
- Experience with Git / GitLab
- Understanding of containerization (Docker)
- Good knowledge of HTML / CSS

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Proactive and initiative-driven mindset
- Ability to provide technical consultations to internal teams (not only execute development tasks)
- Comfortable working in a small, cross-functional product team
- Fluent Ukrainian communication skills (required)
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with EdTech or LMS platforms
- Experience scaling digital products
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Product mindset
- English level А2+
