We’re looking for a person with:
First of all, we are looking for candidates with a lot of empathy, a non-hierarchical worldview, strong initiative, the ability to drive processes forward, and a belief in the power of education and our mission. Additionally, candidates should also have:
- At least 2 years of communications management, PR, or social media management.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Ready to travel within Ukraine, when necessary.
- Competency in digital applications such as Google Workspace.
- Desirable: experience with social projects.
- Desirable: English language proficiency B2+, ideally C1.
Responsibilities:
- Refining the communication strategy for scholarship projects (both to attract prospective students and to raise awareness about such projects).
- Together with team members, take responsibility for communication activities
- Maintain and monitor communication plans, post schedules, partnerships with local media, and NGOs
- Working with influencers to promote social projects
- Prepare the necessary presentation materials
- Develop communication report
