You can go an extra mile for 4 months when you are into your idea and ready to spend time and energy. When it seems to me that I do something not in such a cool way as I want, I recollect my students. It helps me to believe that everything will be ok.

Thanks to my work in the academy, I`ve learned to understand people better and to find an approach of explaining, to make people interested at my lessons. I discovered many interesting things about students' professions, also enhanced my oratory skills.

For conducting lessons well you have to be partly psychologist, partly – friend, and a little bit – strict parent. An individual approach is the hardest thing. I had to learn this skill. But starting teaching with the very fresh group I always worry like at first. But now I understand people better. I know, how students make mistakes. I`ve deepened my knowledge of Front-End technologies.
