The world is on the move, and work approaches are continually updated. Management, hiring employees, and company organization will never be the same. To keep up with it and remain competitive, one needs to monitor the changes.
In the HR for Transformations course, you will study organizations as complex systems. You will familiarize yourself with the structural elements of a company and will understand how to influence them. HR specialists will deepen their knowledge of the field and learn how to work in a volatile environment while gaining personal benefits. Managers will understand how to create conditions for achieving company goals.
In this course, you’ll understand how different companies function. We will teach you to step away from traditional management methods towards modern HR approaches. We will deflate the statement that “people are a resource,” but we’ll explain why a company is the people. You will learn how favorable conditions help employees grow and allow a company to reach its goals.

I've been in HR for eight years. I worked at DIO-soft and Adyax, and now as an HR and Strategy Consultant at Beetroot. I discuss cooperation with clients in a team, participate in the design of Beetroot as an organization, work in a strategic group for setting goals. I've always wanted my work to be useful to others. This is what HR is about. Organizations are complex systems where all elements influence each other. By changing just one part, you can make the work of a large team more comfortable and interesting. At this level, you see what real benefit you can bring to the company and the team. I have a foreign languages degree. At the university, I developed my teaching skills at school and university. Moreover, I worked as a children's tutor. You need to share your knowledge and inspire others. Perhaps my experience will be useful to someone. There is still opportunity for growing in HR in Ukraine, and I really want to contribute to its development. Therefore, for the past few months I have been creating a course for future HR professionals. In my free time I read about mental health, I am interested in the scientific approach to happiness. I love hiking and horseback riding, I traveled a lot before quarantine. I am always open to new knowledge and activities.
